While in this role, I have created global onboarding programs, lead the development of a learning support chatbot and led global training initiatives for research, clinical development and patient safety. In this role, I design and drive learning strategy, create content, drive process improvements and advise colleagues throughout the organization.

I worked in multiple roles in the Human Resources and Talent Development space in my career at Marathon Petroleum Company (MPC). I worked in roles that gave me the opportunity to serve as a training coordinator, instructional designer and performance consultant. I had the opportunity to work on many special projects that focused on employee engagement initiatives, onboarding and the implementation of new technologies. At MPC, I gained experiences developing learning processes, creating management systems and working on change management initiatives.
